Do I need to commit to a long-term contract?

It depends on the model you choose. Our bundled subscription includes a term commitment (typically 36–60 months) in exchange for zero upfront costs. Our capital purchase model lets you buy hardware outright and operate on month-to-month terms with no long-term commitment.

What hardware is included?

Depending on your fleet's needs, we deploy Geotab GO devices, GO Anywhere asset trackers, GOFocus AI dashcams, IOX expansions, and more. We'll recommend the right hardware mix during our discovery process.

Can I mix procurement models across my fleet?

Absolutely. Many of our customers use a bundled model for their primary fleet and capital purchase for specialized equipment or seasonal vehicles. We'll build a plan that makes sense for your operation.

How does cooperative purchasing work?

Public agencies can procure Advantage One products using pre-competed cooperative contracts — no RFP required. AO Student (Treker), Rasters.io NSIM, and Fleetio are on Advantage One's Sourcewell contract (102924-ADO, mature 2029-04-23). Geotab telematics is procured under Geotab's own Sourcewell contract — Advantage One is a participating reseller, and we coordinate both agreements so the full deployment lands cooperative. Equalis Group is also available for some product lines.

Is installation included in both models?

How quickly can we be up and running?
